U.S. Food and Drug Administration's (FDA) HACCP website
FDA's Center for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition provides a wide selection of HACCP information for several food industries. In particular, you can find out more about FDA's Juice HACCP rule and the NCIMS voluntary HACCP program for dairy.

National Conference on Interstate Milk Shipments (NCIMS) website
In 1999, NCIMS initiated a voluntary dairy HACCP pilot program for dairy plants to test the concept that a HACCP program could function as an equal alternative to the numerical ratings that have been used for years to measure a plant's compliance.
